I do not know of any one who was able to get the disc back in place for good without surgery. Any one on the group? Now, once the disc is destroyed, a natural disc can not be replaced. My 3rd child, (a girl) had stage one, popping, clicking and sliding out, the OS went in through her cheek, pulled the disc back into place, cut the ligaments, sewed it up, she was wired shut for 8 weeks and 5 years later she has not had any issues or problems related to TMJ. You may want to seek another consultation with an Oral Surgeon in place of a dentist.
Hope this helps!
