Feeling extremely tired, could it be TMJ?

For the past 4 months, I've been feeling dead tired. I'd feel tired from the moment I woke up to when I went to bed.

It all started when I woke up one day and ate breakfast. I noticed that my jaw would hurt when I stretched it too much on the left side of my face or when I bit food using my left side. I wouldn't have any pain unless I moved my jaw like that. Though, I don't have any popping or clicking.

The tiredness is the part that really bugs me. This chronic fatigue started when this weird pain started and has lasted since. I can't do a lot of activities normally. I can't read a book due to being too tired and unconcentrated. I'm a college student and this fatigue has made me retain a lot less of lectures. My vision has also been blurry from being tired all the time.

I went to see my family doctor, took a blood test, a chest x-ray, and a heart monitor, all came up with nothing. I went to my local dentist three times and all they did was x-ray my teeth (not my jaw). They don't specialize in TMJ. I tried exercising, sleeping a lot more, etc. but nothing helped.

I'm really desperate to get my tiredness fixed. But the problem is I don't have dental insurance and my local dentistry is the only place I can really get affordable help around here. I went there so much they just told me to go to the family doctor. And my doctor just casually dismissed my jaw causing fatigue and told me to get a lung examination. And now my insurance set the date for the examination in 2 months...

What is going on with me? Do I have TMJ? Is it a coincidence I started feeling tired when my jaw had its problem? How can I get help when my dentist and doctor sort of brush me off? Not to be whiny, but my life feels like hell with this. I feel greatly inhibited and a lot less happy because I can't be 100% and can't focus on my studies.

Note: Also at the third month of having this problem, I felt a little better and less tired and the pain was reduced. But, these three weeks my jaw had the pain again and I felt tired again. So, I think it may be linked.

Please help, I would appreciate help so much! Thank you!
