navymid Senior Member (female) Join Date: Dec 2005 Location: FL Posts: 183	TMJR redness and hot feeling To those with a TMJ replacement, have you ever had issues with the joint area turning red and feeling hot? This recently began happening to me, and it looks and feels as hot as a sunburn. It will go away within a couple hours, but continues to come back. I am 10 months post-op, but am wondering what could be causing this?
