| Is muscle tension in jaws always tmj
Does anyone here have muscle tension in their jaw muscles? And does this always equate to tmj? Or can allergies cause this? Just curious because my jaw muscles seem unnecessarily tense and I'm stupified as to why?!? The tmj dentist I went to see says it's a frequent problem in today's world? And that my bite seems good? ***? This to me is a stupid comment,36yrs of dealing with stress one way and this year my body decides to jaw clench? Ehhhhhhh no , I don't think so
