New hear. Inthe last few months i have come to realize i have tmj. I have had tinitus for some time but it is getting worse. My bite is way off, jaw hurts. I cannot hold it postition. Gravity seems to have more control than anything else. I did not sleep at all last night. I also get a feeling of bugs mving in my ear. Drives me crazy sometimes. I know it is a nerve thing. stops when i put my finger in my ear. Feels like a centipede.
Ok- where do i make my first appointment. Does inusurance cover help with tmj. I hope so. Now i notice headaches are coming. Any advice you can give me is greatly appreciated.
