| Re: temple and ear pain
I went in to have a slippery wire fixed on my lower braces (PhaseII) a couple weeks ago and ended up with a new assistant. For something that should only have taken 5-10 minutes, she had me in the chair for over an hour. She didn't have a gentle touch yet either. A couple hours after I left that appointment, I was feeling exactly the same as you are now. When I have things under a bit more control, I tend to forget exactly how bad that pain is.
I really really needed some PT on those trigger points, but my PT left the practice and when I called around, I couldn't find someone with the correct training. I gave in and ended up pulling out the muscle relaxers over the weekend. I can't handle them during the work week because they make it hard for me to wake the next morning (even on low dosages). I'm still not 100% back to normal yet. I have been using the doTerra Deep Blue on it and massaging it in.
I don't have much else to offer other than "I feel your pain". I hope you get through this flare soon.
Hugs,
MountainReader
