| TMJ Problem - Pain in my jaws and swelling in side face?
have tmj for about 3.5 years. before tmj i got a punch in left jaw side but pain for a while & vanished.
but after 2 months pain in my both jaw starts which is extreme high and swelling looks in my side face.swelling is nothing before pain
my pain doesn't goes until now. feel soreness,fatigue in the morning, sometimes clicking while eating,
i used to do chin fist exercise but it cracks my jaw and pain, i couldn't move my jaw for 1-2 days and putting moist heat which is nothing seems good , my jaw below ears feels stiffness always.i am using brufin medicine but nothing help , i also feels my jaw joint. i went to dental clinic but nothing seems my teeth problem. i havn't habit of grinding , clenching.
Please give me suggestions what i have to do, Should i go for a surgery.
