| Intense pain... couple questions?
So for three days now I've been having major left jaw pain. It will hurt very bad for several minutes then calm down for a little bit and another wave of bad pain will come. When the pain is intense, I feel it really bad in my jaw up to my temple, even on my gums (can even feel it in some teeth) and have felt it down to my collar bone.
a DR mentioned tmj to me but wasn't for sure about it.
Does this sound like it could be tmj? I've never had any experience with this before.
My jaw doesnt click or pop when I open it though.. and about a week ago I remember I did something and it made my left jaw pop but I felt no pain then. Not until a couple days ago.
