Ear and jaw pain
 

I have had mild pain and some swelling in front of my ear for 3 months. It hurts to open my mouth very wide. It hurts to chew, it hurts in my ear when I swallow. I can't bite anything with my front teeth. Is it possible that my jaw bone could be fractured? I would appreciate any advice.

I think you would be in far more pain if your jaw was fractured. My best guess is that you have an impacted wisdom tooth. That could give you all of your symptoms.
