Tourette Syndrome and head jerks
Hi everyone
I am a 44 year old male with a history of Tourette Syndrome (mostly head/neck jerks). These head and neck jerks didn't bother me so much when I was younger although sometimes I'd end up with a headache or something.
However, as I've gotten older, whenever I have even the slightest head or neck jerk I get this foggy-headed, spacey, weird "pressure" sensation in my head that can last for days. Am I becoming less tolerant of these head/neck jerks so that it takes less and less severe "episodes" to cause me to feel this way?. Does anyone else here experience these feelings after a head/neck jerk?.
PS: I also have cervical disk problems and was in an accident many years ago in which my head hit the windshield very hard.
Thanks for allowing me to share and for any replies on the subject.
- Steve
