Especially at the beginning, things change a lot. Make sure to stay hydrated and take your pills at regular intervals. You might require some changes of meds to take some of the pressure off the kidney (prograf is hard on kidneys) but things will probably settle down. Right after transplant I was at about 1.5 and the last several years my baseline has been about 1.75. I am now 9 years post surgery and hopefully will have many years to come.
