Preventative measures for TN?

I've had trigeminal neuralgia for about a year, maybe a bit longer, and I can't really figure out how to prevent attacks. I know to avoid certain foods (for me it's chocolate, peanut butter (that's a recent one), really cold stuff, and really sweet stuff) and to avoid damaging my wisdom teeth any more but the attacks still happen and they still happen pretty frequently. I'm on gabapentin 300 mg 2-3x a day right now and while it does help with the pain when it starts, it and every other med I'm on doesn't prevent it as far as I know. I have MS as well, so I'm on a few meds, including: baclofen, tizanidine, topiramate, tecfidera, amitriptyline, ibuprofen, and a couple vitamins. Other than avoiding triggering foods that I know about and avoiding tooth damage, is there anything else I can be doing to avoid TN attacks?
