| nerve blocking injections question please
I am now handling things for my brother but I don't have all my permissions in place from all the Drs and even if I did I'd still have more questions!
He has MS and now he has TN. The medications for that incapacitate him. That is not sustainable.
He had some sort of injections in his mouth but he only did it twice, got frustrated, and went for some type of surgery that didn't work. So, I said go back to those injections.
The person who schedules them can't tell me everything, she just said they are nerve-blocking and he has to have 3-5 of them, two weeks apart, for them to 'build' on each other and to 'bind'.
That is all I know. Does that say what kind of injections he is getting? How do we know if he should have 3, 4, and 5? If I ask too many questions, she says 'he needs an office visit to discuss that'.
