Mistyrose Junior Member Join Date: Feb 2003 Location: NC Posts: 18	Occipital Neuralgia Anybody have any experience with occipital neuralgia? I was diagnosed with it about 15 months ago, and I am curious as to how other people have been treated for it. I take 270 mg of MSIR daily, and 12 mg of Zanaflex at bedtime. Then every 6 to 8 months I get steroid injections into the base of my skull, and surrounding area.
