Ok, so if you read any of my earlier posts, I'm still suspecting that I'm pregnant. My nose has now bled three times and my boobs continue to ache. Here's my question. My period is long - 34 days. Based on my temperatures, I ovulated on day 18 and then have a 16 day luteal phase. That would mean that my period is not due until the 15th of February. I understand that the majority of women have 14 day luteal phases, so when they use an early response pregnancy test, that claims that it can detect up to four days before AF, are they basing that on the fact that they assume most women are 10 dpo? I mean, which rules apply? If they go strictly on when your period is due, that would mean that I would have a low chance of getting a positive today, being that it would be four days before my period. BUT, I would also be considered 12 dpo - which would translate into "two days before my period" if my luteal phase were only 14 days. I'm discouraged because I got a negative this morning and am just sure that I'm pregnant. Sorry this is so long! Thanks in advance guys!
