Nose bleeds is a sign of pregnancy, but can also be a sign of stress too, i had a nose bleed and got so excited thinking this was it, got a bfn and was told by the doctor that it was probrably the stress i was putting my body under which caused the nose bleed
I hope yours is a sign though, are you going to test again?
