As some of you know I had my 2nd miscarriage in December and went thru testing to determine what caused it. I went back to the drs today to hear my test results and my miscarriages were being caused because my body doesn't produce enough folic acid to keep the baby alive. I am now on a perscription folic acid pill and have to take it for 3 months before trying to conceive again and thru out my pregnancy when I do get preggos! I'm so glad I went thru the testing and didn't opt to try again before doing it! Something very simple to get undercontrol and hopefully to carry a full term healthy baby...I asked what my chances were to have another miscarriage while being on the pills and he told me it is still possible, but not nearly as high...So I have high hopes that everything will be OK next time around!! Beanie - that is good news that you have come to the cause of your miscarriges, there is so much for you to focus on now and i hope it all goes well and i wish you all the luck in the world

Good luck Beanie!!!!! I had 2 miscarriages as well (the 2nd was days after conception and I knew before it happened)...they won't test me until a 3rd loss, which I hope doesn't happen.

I'm excited that you know what the problem is and can do something about it!
