When to use an opk if irregular
Hello. I just had one shot of depo three months ago and then we decided to ttc. It is just wearing off as I was due for a shot last week. I did get a light af and am wondering since I just got off the shot and my period was very light and irregular when I should start using opk's. I haven't used them before as I didn't think I would need them. I am on cd 6 and usually ovulated on cd 19 before. So now with these messed up cycles since the shot I think maybe just using them everyday for a month might help...not sure....

i was messed up from the pill. i just kept an eye on my CM and i had slight cramping so i figured i would try my OPK and it said p+. it was 17 days since my first light period coming off the pill. if i did not watch my CM i would have missed the chance to check. just look for EWCM and then start a test. just to be safe have BD every night between days 12 and 19 just to make sure you got that day, good luck
