first month charting

I started charting this cycle and have some questions. My temps were around 97.6-97.7 through day 10 and then went to 97.2-97.3 for 11-13. Back up to 97.6-97.7 range for last four days. Should I be concerned that the temps have not gone above 98? What should I consider my cover line? I have also been using an opk and saw lots of ferns on day 13 so dh and I bd. On day 14 I could feel twinges like I was ovulating so it seems like we are doing everything right, but not sure what to make of the temps. Any advice helpful. Thanks a bunch!!

Re: first month charting

i've found charts to be a bit hard to interpret. you have to make sure and chart at the same time each morning BEFORE you ever get out of bed. if you are like me and wake up several times during the night to pee or drink water, your temps are going to be inaccurate.
my doctor told me that the best inditor of ovulation is cm. a lot of the ladies here like the opks. i also recently bought an os but have not seen any ferns yet. i wish i had more info about charting but i'm not a big fan.
