What I don't understand is that you read about CM being there during O to help house and escort the sperm to the egg. In a genetics class that I took ages ago about horses. Mares who had problems conceiving with a certain male were finding that some mares have a type of anti-body that will kill anything with a PH level similar to that males sperm PH levels except during higher levels of CM which co-insides with O. So the mares were researched and they used horses with different PH levels to try to prove the theory (which they did) that some horses no matter what they did would not conceive without the help of the CM. The higher CM was because the body would change the PH level to support the sperm instead of kill. So why would you want to take something that thins your CM that apparently is needed to help shield the sperm? By the way anyone that takes Lasixs ( sp? /sometimes a breathing medication) will also clear out extra fluids in the body. Anyone else out there thinking there is more questions to ask than answers to receive?

the reasoning behind thining out the cm is so that it's easier for the sperm to swim through it and make it to the egg. i don't think robitussinn decreases the AMOUNT of cm, it just makes it easier for the sperm to get through it.
