Temp question

Just a question on how I should chart this... my temp this morning was 96.4, and the chart I use only goes to 97.0, how should I do this? I was wondering if I should just make a note of it and not even record it? Or maybe circle 97.0 and then make a note of the correct temp? any advice would be appreciated.

Re: Temp question

right BELOW the 97.0 mark, draw a circle and inside the circle put '.4' in it.
