Well...I've read that 18 consecutive high temps means you're pregnant. So maybe if it stays high tomorrow, you could try taking another test (maybe an early detection one, just in case), or go to the doctor's for a quantitative blood test, which measure how much HCG you have in your system, not just if it's over a certain level. If it's at least 5, means you're pregnant, while most home tests won't show BFP until it's at least 20. I have heard about women who didn't get positive pregnancy tests until they were 8-10 weeks pregnant, so I guess anything's possible.
