Question too much for too little

my husband and i have been ttc since january and nothing yet. he's a truck driver so he's usually gone on my ovulation days (which doesn't help)....my question is, when he is actually with me at the "right time"....is there anything we can do that will increase our chances????

Re: too much for too little

Place a pillow under your bottom allowing your hips to be raised and put your legs against the wall, the gravity will apparently help the swimmers get to the cervix quicker, also what i do is place my hands under my hips and point my toes to the ceiling lifting my behind of the bed

I have heard after doing this it is a good idea to lie flat on your stomach for as long as possible - i dont know why though!

Good luck

Re: too much for too little

thank you for your help....maybe it will bring us luck. "grandparent's" pressure doesn't help, but maybe this will.......thanks!!

Re: too much for too little

I have been told by my GP that varying positions helps too. That way if the cervix is in an unusual position, you maximise your chances of actually getting the stuff in the right place!
