m/c ~ cycle day one? - Trying to Conceive (TTC) Message Board

Hi all,

I just have a simple question, I'm pretty sure that if you miscarry, your cycle starts over from that day, right? I'm just trying to make some sense out of my bbt's and figure out when AF is due, and all that. Anyone know?

i had a miscarriage on 6/13/05 and my Dr told me that it is when the body's HCG level reaches 0 that your cycle begins not the date of the m/c and thats why it takes some people 6 weeks or so before af hope this helps a little

hi Heather i think you may be right as i am now day 31 post m/c and i am sure i am about to get af, feeling funny about having cramps again going to keep busy to save thinking about them. Wish af would just start so can start ttc again. Good luck heather hope af returns asap.

just fyi Heather I got af on cd 33 and since I was so early there wouldn't have been much hcg in my system (thus why it wasn't so long after the m/c that she came) I think I O on cd 20.
