Okay, I have a question...if my husband and I are TTC...when is the best time to try if I'm alway really late...this is my normal cycle...I'm always 40 days sometimes I can be 50 days...this is the way I've been since I've first got my period, it's my normal cycle. My husband and I thought it might be easier to just try every day and have fun with it and eventually we'll hit the right day.

Maybe you should get a OPK or fertility monitor to help you pinpoint a bit. Are you charting? That could help also.

I was thinking that too. I'm making a chart of when we're trying and when I get my period ect. My husband says lets just have fun and do it all the time LOL! I'm gonna get a test too, so that'll make it a little easier! Thanks

There are a number of things you could do to help you pin point when you are ovulating. First you can chart your bbt, cm and cp. You could also invest in an ovulation microscope and in OPK. With the bbt, OPK and the microscope there are instructions that come with them that will explain exactly what you're looking for. As far as cm goes your looking for the ewcm which is sperm friendly...cp is something a lot of the ladies on this board have discussed and I think do but I can't remember for certain what exactly you're looking for so maybe someone else can help you out there or I know you can research it on the web.
