I use natural progesterone cream. Its helped move my o date from cd 29 to cd 14/15, and lengthern my luteal phase and stop spotting during luteal phase. This all helps increase pregnancy chances, and it does not harm a baby at all. It usually taken until either period arrives, or 12 weeks pregnant.

Oh and i dunno if you know, but wait until ovualtion is confirmed via 3 high temps before starting the cream, as if taken too early it can delay ovulation. Hense why some women who dont ovulate can use natural progesterone cream to kick start their cycles again
