The luteal phase has to last at least 11 days.

Re: Luetel Phase

I'm sorry...I just looked it up again. It is 10 days. I read it wrong the first time thinking it meant that 10 was a day too short.

Anyway, it says it has to be consistently less than 10 days. Are your periods always timed this way?

Re: Luetel Phase

So I take it your cycles allow you at least 10 days? That's good to hear.

Re: Luetel Phase

Are you ttc then? If so, good luck.

I was ttc, but my husband hurt his back at work several months ago. Now we're waiting to see if he needs another surgery before deciding what to do next. UGH!

Keep us updated.

Unhappy Re: Luetel Phase

Yes we are ttc and I'm very bummed out. Today is my 10th day past ovulation, my temps have remained above my coverline but I just went to the bathroom and noticed some light brown spotting. I wonder if A/F is coming today or tomorrow. She is due today.

So frustrating. I'm getting worried that I'll never get pregnant. Ok, now I'm crying....gotta go!

Re: Luetel Phase

I agree, it is very frustrating. I'm worried that I'll never get pregnant too. And I just had another birthday yesterday. It gets worse with every one.

Anyway, if AF hasn't arrived, keep your hopes up... My SIL noticed some light brown spotting just before finding out that she is pregnant. Imagine how hard it is to hear about that everyday. LOL! I know, I know. Eh, I'm not so bad.

Re: Luetel Phase

CUTE T, I know how you feel, my sis in law whom I really don't care for, was pregnant before her and my husband's brother were married, and she was VERY YOUNG and immature. They got married two months before I did, when their daughter was 2, and she got pregnant again on their honeymoon and now they have a boy and a girl!!!!

I just don't get it, why am I being punished. I know that is not a way to look at things but that is the way I feel. I'm a great person and I know I'd make a great mom and here I sit, TTC and it isn't WORKING!!!!

Baby dust to both of us!
