hi everyone, my period is due in 2 days can i take a EPT yet or would you all advise on waiting untill after my missed period

Hi, I was curious too and took one 4 days before my period was due and it was negative. Then I took one 1 day before my period and got a very faint positive. I didn't get a dark line until the day my period was due. So try to wait if you can, but if you get a negative and still don't start, test again in a few days. Good luck.

I can't help but laugh at this because for the last two months I have been too impatient to wait until I was due to get my period to take a test. It's like watching paint dry waiting for that period!!! I think I even took a test a week before I was due to get it last month. Everyone told me it was too early, but WHAT IF!

...and yes, I'm spending a fortune

First Response says it can judge up to four days before your period, so I guess it all depends how anxious you are. Although, my friend tested early and got a negative...then retested 5 days later and got a BFP! I guess it all depends.

I'm due to get mine on the 25th - I bet I'm testing my the 21st

You can take a test but if its neg I would wait it out to see if AF shows and if not take another one. Good luck and baby dust!

It's only my opinion, but I would wait. I absolutely understand your impatience! But I tested early in 2 cycles and it was BFN

It was devastating then and now I just feel very apprehensive about testing. Myself I am going to wait until I miss my period. And hey, we better learn some patience here, we'll have to wait whole 9 months to meet those precious babies of ours

I'll go insane in these month... But first I need to get pregnant. BEST OF LUCK AND LOADS OF BABY DUST TO YOU!
