| Question about Morning BBT Temps
After 9 mos of ttc, I finally caved in and decided to learn about basal body temping and started charting 11 days ago.
Often, I wake up frequently and they say to take the temp in the am after at least 3 consecutive hrs of sleep. But sometimes that is not possible, I'll wake up at 2, 4, 5:30, and usually temp between 6:30 - 7am. I've already noticed on the mornings that I do sleep soundly through the night, my temps are much lower than the mornings that I woke up frequently. (ie, 97.3 - 97.5 on the good sleep mornings and 97.7 - 97.9 on the bad sleep mornings.)
So my question is, do you think this will affect the accuracy of my chart? Do you think I will be able to tell when/if I ov if I can't get a consistent night sleep? Anyone else have a similar problem w/charting?
