I know everyone here has been TTC so maybe you're with me on this. Do you ever ask yourself why can people like Britney Spears and Anna Nicole Smith just get pg like it's nothing? Anyone think that? I guess when you want a baby it seems like everyone is getting pg and you think why not me?.

I know what you mean!! The hardest thing for me is the people who are getting pregnant who are not trying or dont want their baby and are thinking about abortion. I have read a few like that on the pregnancy board so i stopped reading that board until i get preg.

I know exactly what you mean also! There's a woman on a teaching board I frequent who is constantly complaining about gaining weight from her pregnancy. I wanted to tell her I wouldn't care if I gained ninety pounds and had to spend the entire time in traction, hanging by my ears if need be, but I didn't say anything. I figured there was no point.

I'm a teacher too! There has been 9 woman pregnant since I've been trying. One didn't even mean to get pg. It's really hard working there. I am in charge of social comittee and have to plan all the showers. Don't get me wrong I am happy for them, but it is hard to not be jealous.

One thing you have to remember about all those other women around us getting pregnant is that you may not have any idea how long it has actually taken them to get pregnant. Now, I'm sure some of them got pregnant without even TTC, but you never know with others...

They could have been in the same boat as us...trying for a long time and finally got pregnant. A lot of people (like myself) don't openly discuss with other people how long we've been TTC, so when/if I get pregnant, most people will have no clue how long we've been actually trying.

You never know...Anna Nicole Smith might have been trying to have a baby for several years now and no one knew!
