Hey! I did a lot of clomid reading online. And my gyn was so helpful.
1. Your gyn will tell you what days of your cycle to take clomid, if you don't have AF, he/she will likely give you provera for a certain amount of days and then that'll cause you to start AF. Counting the FIRST day of normal bleeding, you start clomid on CD5 (If that's what they prescribe, some prescribe CD3-7). The first day of normal bleeding is considered CD1. So you shouldn't have any trouble with keeping up with CD's. Just day one is when you start AF with normal bleeding and the last CD day is when you start your next AF..or you get your BFP!
My gyn said not to BD everyday because it doesn't give sperm enough chance to build back up. She said to BD every other day, starting on CD10 until whenever I want to stop, after I O'd likely. She said the break in BD will allow his sperm to build back up, so he can't be self pleasing on those off days!
Good luck!!
