Hello everyone,
Unfortunately I got my af today so I am going to the Dr. on thurs. to discuss future treatment. My obgyn said after running bld work she will start me on a med called prometrium. It is suppose to aid in plantation. Has anyone else been on this or heard anything about it.

Not heard of that drug you mentioned, sounds interesting though..let us know how you get on

Prometrium is the prescription name of progesterone. Progesterone does help with supporting pregnancy early on. And it can have some side effects of early pregnancy symptoms (sore breasts, lethargy, nausea, dizziness ...)

Hi! I have been on prometrium for about 5 months now. I have spotting between peroids due to low progesterone levels. I have some dizziness especially when i started to take it ( pill form, twice a day ) and most of the spotting has stopped except for a little bit of brown spotting after i ovulate. I know that a lot of women take it to help with implantation, especially after having a miscarriage. It is a promissing suppliment to take
