ttc is making me mental - Trying to Conceive (TTC) Message Board

i'm not a huge tracker (at least not yet but if i don't get a BFP in a few cycles I will have to be) but AF was last around 8/19 but she was a few days late, typically she arrives right on the 14th of every month. so the 14th of this month came and went and no AF.....i SO want to go buy a test but i know if it's a BFN i'll just be so disappointed but then I really don't want to wait until Wednesday or so to see if AF will show up. Plus, my boobs are slightly tender. Not to the touch but the other night when DH went to um, make a move, it hurt! normally my boobs don't get tender before AF. SO I am banking on the tender boobs to confirm in my head that I am preggers so that's why i don't want to go and get a test to un-confirm that. this TTC s&*t is making me

besides the tenderness, i don't feel overly tired or ANYTHING else.

anyways, this post was more of a vent than anything. i feel so crazy with all of this! and if i told dh all that he would definitely think i'd lost it. thanks for listening.

Hi Alamaz

Yes it is mental......The only time in my cycle I don;t feel mental and over analyze is when I have my AF.....I am right with ya! I'm due on 9/22, the worst part is she shows up at different times each cycle..... she comes in the middle of the night, 6pm and late morning......drives me absolutly crazy....when I was on BCP I could time her arrival to the minute.....

Friday is going to suck if she shows late.....I had one that showed at 11pm at night.....got excited B4 that and was going to test the next day...then BAM there she was right B4 I go to bed....didn't sleep much that night, I think I might have cried myself to sleep....

I have relaxed just a tad this cycle.....Good Luck! Let me know how things go
