I am still waiting to test but I feel like there is a good chance I am pregnant. I am wondering if jumping jacks are safe during early pregnancy? Are there any exercises you can't do during the first few weeks? thanks
Sure you can do excersises ! Pretty much anything is okay in your first trimester ( as long as you feel up to it ) Second trimester you have to be more careful especially with doing situps, they say not to do them then and on. Good luck !
