Vitex and Irregular Period - Trying to Conceive (TTC) Message Board

I haven't posted on this site, but have been observing. We have been trying for over 2 years now and I miscarried in July of this year. I started taking Vitex last month and was curious if anyone else who has taken it has noticed any changes - mainly with af. This month I spotted for two days and then had 2 days of regular period. No cramps at all this month (very uncommon) and no heavy bleeding. Was curious if anyone else who has started has had any changes?? Thanks and good luck!!!!!!!

i've noticed a lighter flow than usual and a lot less clotting and less cramping(sorry for the TMI). i took vitex for the first time last month as well. i can only hope these changes are good (surely they are much easier to deal with!). i've also noticed a few extra pimples but nothing extreme thankfully!

Thanks! Nice to know I'm not alone. I was afraid I was having some type of weird reaction!! Knowing my body, anything is possible! I'm just tired of getting my hopes up and wanted to try different options before going on Clomid. Thanks again and good luck!!
