New here...

Hubby and I stopped birth control in the fall, but we're not actively "trying"...just "letting things happen naturally". (His idea, not mine...I can't help but know when I'm ovulating - because I get achy and can tell the diff in CM - and want to BD at that time!)
If I'm understanding correctly, "2WW" is that span of time between ovulation and the arrival of AF, right?
Here's my question:
If you're just TTC with no thermometers or fertility meds or anything... is it ok to participate in normal activities during the 2WW? In other words: I work out hard...cardio and pilates and yoga, every single day. Also, I like a stiff cocktail or two (or three) in the evenings on the weekend.
Obviously, these are things I would not do if I were pregnant. But, if I do them during 2WW, am I hurting my chances of conceiving?
