Could I be pregnant?

I had infertility for 6 yrs. then got pregnant (my son is almost 4yrs old), then after my son was born we've been trying for #2 for almost 4 yrs now, and still nothing. But this last month I went on the pill then this month I did not, and we used the ovulation predictor kit and it said i ovulated. Well now my breasts are a little bit tender, not too much, but never are tender, and they've been tender since I ovulated more or less, so i was wondering is that a sign of ovulation that just hasn't gone away or could it be a possible pregnancy? I don't know, I"m just really hoping and praying I am. What do you think? My period is supposed to come in the next few days.
