For those who have been following my 2ww (esp. Hopefullone and Luckypenny)... just wanted to let you know that the ***** just showed up

... cd31 today...

... thats why I have stopped spending $$ on hpts.... I decided this time to buy a hpt only if af has not showed up by cd42 (I am usually cd28-32 but my longest cycle ever was cd36)... so my only consolation is that this time I did not waste $$ on hpts...

... so much for "never felt before" symptoms like cramping shortly after O and vivid dreams

The coming cycle is one where both I and DH are traveling extensively on work (separately) so this will certainly be a bust... oh well... I look forward to a Feb baby then

Oh Hazel, I'm so sorry AF came to ruin everything!!!! But true, at least you didn't spend $ on HPTs! Those darn things get expensive!!! You should start putting the money that you'd spend on them away so that when the time comes you'll have $ set aside to buy some really cute maternity clothes

I'll be thinking about you and crossing my fingers for ya. Lots of luck and baby dust and here's to a February baby for you and your DH!

BBT says that AF is coming soon...in 2 days maybe. I was very hopeful because I had higher that usual BBT but today it has gone down (CD30). DH was also in 2ww because he keeps track of my BBT every morning. I swear I'm not going to use any OPK or HPT or thermometer next month, we'll just BD every 2 days. Good Luck

Hazel, I'm so sorry af reared her ugly head. Take advantage of it buy pampering yourself to a nice hot bubble bath and maybe a drink. I am with you on the waiting to buy hpt. I think getting a BFN is a lot harder than af showing up. I am going to wait at least until I'm 2 weeks late to take a hpt. Try to stay positive! Starting a new cycle which brings new opportunities!! Hopefully we'll all get our BFP very soon!
