imaginary pregnancy symptoms every month!!!! - Trying to Conceive (TTC) Message Board

Hello everyone. since trying to concieve (4months) i have noticed that every month i have a lot of the early pregancy signs and believe that i may be pregnant, but of course it has not happened yet, it is most likely a psychological thing as i am now taking more notice of my bodily functions.

is this a common occurance with women TTC?

yes! this is a comon thing!
just wanted to say hi and welcome

i think when ya want something and you start to pay attension to something you notice it more, like if you buy a car, you suddenly see lots of that same car.if your wanting to be pg, suddenly everyone around you is pg!
also alot of pg symptoms are the same as af symptons

Yep, I had it bad last month. My stomach was reely queasy for a few weeks and I was almost certain I was pregnant. No such luck though.

It happens to me all the time. But I blame my DH. haha

I try to not think about it if I'm late. I don't want to get my hopes up, so I try to wait til I'm at least a week late before considering the possibility.

But my wodnerful husband seems to jump on every single little thing and trick me! God bless him for being so optomistic. I'll say "man, I didn't sleep well last night" or "No, I really don't think I want eggs this morning" he jumps on it. "Oh my gosh! You're pregnant!!!!!"

No, not yet. But usually he works me up into a frenzy and we start to freak out.

It probably happens to everyone who is TTC. The mind is an extremely powerful thing. It can make you sick to your stomach...literally.
