Hi y'all!!!!
I don't know about you, but I'm tired of BFNs!

I keep tryin to tell myself "relax" but its just impossible, especially when I see that positive on the OPK. I get all hyper and baby crazier than usual. So now before DH and I get to BDing for this cycle I wanted to get a list together of relaxation ideas to try. AF is just about to leave so I'll have some time to practice before we get down to serious business
So..anyone have any ideas on how we can take the too often heard advice of "relax"?
My idea-
The last time I got pregnant, I had gotten into the habit of having a glass of wine before bed. It lowered my inhibitions and helped get me into the mood. Don't know if it really helped get me pregnant or not, but who cares. At least I slept well that night.
