Hello all. I just had to write. Last Friday AF was supposed to be here and for the last couple of months she arrived earlier than I had planned on. So when she didn't show up I took a test. Low and behold it came back positive. I sat there dumbfounded. I didn't get my hopes up this month, but I do consider myself lucky with getting a positive four months after starting to TTC. I called the doc and have an appt this Friday.

Thanks. I'm still in shock, but very excited. It still doesn't seem real. Maybe it will seem more real after I see my doctor. My SO is very excited too. I broke the news to him later in the afternoon last Friday. I gave him a card that told him how much I love him and how he's my best friend, etc., and then I said I had something else for him. The look on his face was like, 'what else could you have for me now?' Then I pulled out the positive test and then the look on his face was basically shock.. mouth hanging open, eyes wide open and I think he forgot to breathe for a second or two. Then his eyes welled up with tears. Then the rest of the day he (and I) couldn't stop giggling. It was fabulous.
