Hello everyone I new here an me an my hubby has been trying to have another child for the last 2 months an not sure were we are going wrong on our dates.

My dates for my period is May 25 then started again on June 25 next period was July 23 an now Aug 18th . Does my period seem to be not normal or what?

My hubby is over weight some plus has back hurt so when we do our deeds he stands up with me on the edge of bed will that affect anything also?

Welcome to the boards....great place to be for support!!

I wouldn't say that your cycles are NOT normal. It maybe difficult to pinpoint ovulation month to month ( if you really wanted to make sure you hit egg by bd'ing the right days) Anyway, maybe try opks. In the next several months, I will be using my fertility monitor again. It really helped me figure out when I was approaching ovulation. I don't think that the position that you are bd'ing will effect whether or not you get pregnant. I get paranoid however, and really try to lay down so the spermies don't swim out of me, I want as many up "there" as possible!

Sophiesmomma thank ye for the welcome. I guess I have lots to learn and so forth. I hope to learn alot from this place plus get things going good I hope. Thanks for the kindness plus help. What fertility monitor are u using? We started using the clearplan fertilty monitor about 2 months back.

Sophiesmomma I was also going to say when we get done doing our deed I lay in bed with a pillow under my hips for about 30 mins to hope that will help. I hope it does I'm getting older ever yr and it is now worring me that we will not get to have another child.

I use the clearblue easy fertility monitor..I like it. The test sticks are expensive, but it is a 3 month supply.
That is a good idea to lay down after bd'ing. That is what I do! Can't hurt, right?
How old is your child? I have an 18 month old dd. The second time around has not been easy for us!!! You'll like the support this board and the gals here have to offer! Sometimes, I have a hard time being patient and understand that it WILL happen!

Yep the sticks a little expensive but will be worth it when we get pg. Our child is 9 yrs old now. Boy do they grow up fast. We hadn't plan on waiting this long but things have came up an health issues also in the family. We finally decide we needed to start trying before we get to old.. LOL.. I'm in my early 30's an my hubby is early 40's. We both had been checked an he has a little bit of a low count but the doctor said nothing to worry about because the swimmers are ok no bad things wrong with them. They all are A OK.

Which is a plus. Which we are no just waiting on the right time again. Here I have my cycle right now an we both was hopeing this month we had hit a home run but nope

we didn't maybe next time. I know just a few months isn't long but it makes you wondering if it will happen again. Our first child was a big OPPPSS.

but a great OPPPSS..

Now hopeing for the 2nd one to be planned but started to get a little worried knowing our ages are getting up there but guess we need to be calm which is hard to do at times.
