Well, I don't have the greatest advice, but I can tell you I suffered from severe anxiety disorder for roughly 11 years until I went through some EMDR therapy. I still have anxiety attacks and am afraid of them - but they're very far and few between - and much more mild. I was terrified that I would have an attack during my wedding but it all worked out
Talk to your (or a?) doctor and see if they know if any medications for anti-anxiety are available to take during pregnancy. I know I'll be doing so (though currently I only need to take the meds maybe one day out of a month, so I just need something supplimental not daily..), because I'd hate to put that much stress on my system with a baby in there relying on me being healthy. I'm definitely scared that I'll have a little more anxiety/attacks when I get pregnant just due to the stress of the situation in general - but ultimately, when you're ready typically the body can be overriden by the mind - and if the mind is saying "I DON'T CARE WHAT YOU SAY - I AM HAVING A BABY SO LEAVE ME ALONE!!!" ... well, normally it will end up winning .. if you know what I mean?
