just took another test - didnt bother this morning, cause fed up with bfn's.................sitting here i thought i might try it - so i did - anyway.......

i think its an evap line, the leaflet says read before 10 mins.........this was at about 5 mins maybe less.......couldn't see it very well, bt it was there........dark, no colour.

still there after recommended time.......

evap or pos?

I guess I don't understand what you are referring to as an evaporation line. The test indicator is a line that lets you know the test is working and will stay. The two line tests will show two line if you are pregnant. An evaporation line is usually a line that appears after the test readint period is up and doesn't meant you are pregnant. That is how I understood it anyway. So, if you are getting a line that the directions indicate as pregnant and you haven't gone over 10 minutes, then I would think you are pregnant.

With some tests, you can see lines during testing that aren't positive results. Basically the result line gets wet, and is visible for a bit, then disappears. It is dark, no color. A "shadow" almost.

I'd recommend the OP try a different brand of test, perhaps a digital one. That way you can tell if you are, in fact, getting evap lines of if you might be pregnant.

another bfn this morning!! so im gonna get a shop barand - cant afford a digital!!

in starting to think those internet cheapies really are crtap!!!!

Oh, the lovely evap line! I kept getting that and thinking I was p. But like someone else said if it immediate, it is probably just the test registering the result.

Hopefully that is not the kind of line you are having.
