I wanna cry ! Heelllllppppp - Trying to Conceive (TTC) Message Board

Hi im new to this site (i think) well i have one daughter and she is five it took 13 months to conceive her and i used to visit these kinds of sites. well im trieng for number two i have been trieng for 10 months i havnt been doing anything special like temping or charting or checking cevical mucus (i didnt with the 1sts one either) but its taking forevver ttc and i want to try to speed things up 10 months is long enough. can someone tell me where i should start i am new to all of this. any suggestions?

please help me im getting more and more depressed every month this month i cried when i saw AF !!!!!!

I would start with taking BBTs. They are very helpful to determine if and when ovulation occurred. You can also try OPKs, but I would use them in conjunction with BBTs. A great book to read is Taking Charge of Your Fertility. It is my bible! There is tons of information about BBTs, cervical mucus and all that good stuff.

i have heard alot about that book i will get it i saw it on amazon for 5 bucks used its worth a try thank you for responding i am a emotional wreck my periods are like clock workso i think you are right i willl take your advise thanks

I swear by the BBTs...it turns out to be fun and addictive once you start! They can be a little frustrating when you first start, so don't give up!
