Re: temps showing pg?

What were your temps preovulation? Pregnancy can typically be assumed after 18+ high temperatures above your coverline - so 18DPO.

Re: temps showing pg?

post ovulatory temps 96.7-96.8 back and fourth between the two... what does triphasic mean then i thought it was when you had another temp drop and then rise but above the coverline... did i read that wrong?

Re: temps showing pg?

If I remember correctly...

Your preovulation temps are low, then after you ovulate, the higher set determine your coverline. The triphasic is a 3rd 'step' of higher temps after your post ovulatory temps. So you would see 3 distinct levels of temps. Lower, middle and high temps.

If you saw a drop in your post-ovulatory temps it could be the 'implantation dip'. If that's the case, the temps should jump back up to where they were or higher. I had that and I was sure my period was starting, but they jumped back to where they had been the previous days.

I'm hoping very hard for you!!!!

Re: temps showing pg?

Im curious as to why you are taking your temps so late in the morning? If that the time you get up every morning, lucky you.
Read the book Taking Charge Of Your Fertility is explains charting and how to read it accurately.

Re: temps showing pg?

i had some brown spotting yesterday for like an hour -hour and a half.. just a little when i wiped not even enough to get on the pad i put on thinking maybe af was showing... i also had some pain in my side earlier in the day and my cm was a greenish? dont know if that means anything or not. oh also yesterday i threw up after eating a peanut butter cup.. right before i noticed the brown... could have just been bad food or something but noone else got sick and a little later i ate a hotdog and chilli cheese fries and still felt fine...chocolate made me sick last pregnancy, but last night was probably just by chance? keeping my fingers crossed... oh also my temp went went down to 97.6 yesterday up to 98.2 today..

Re: temps showing pg?

well cd34 and 12dpo still no sign of af! i have been exhausted, gassy, i normally am very regular but i am not now.temp still high i believe i have had 3 sets of temps one group at 97.1 then another set at 97.6 and then the last set at 97.9 wich i am at now.... i sould be able to test at 14 dpo and get a true result right? or should i wait until i am at 18dpo, even tho i hate waiting.. i took a test at 2dpo even tho i knew nothing would show up because it was waaay to soon and the test the other day. but was just curious.... also my cm has been a kind of greeny color.. not like forest green but a very light see through green... is this normal? i hope this all isnt in my head... 9 months from when i had the spotting would be sept 25 my birthday and my grandmas who recently past away is sept 26... it would be so nice.. kind of like my grandma put in a good word for me or something... I HOPE THIS IS IT! if you can find my qustions in this some answers would be great, my head is spinning! thanks ladies!

Re: temps showing pg?

When I was pregnant, the day before I tested, I had some pretty intense cramps for about an hour or so and brown spotting.

If you are having sharp pains, you may want to give your Ob/gyn a call just to check it out.

I would test again b/c your hcg levels just might not be high enough to be getting picked up yet. Will you doc do a blood test?

Re: temps showing pg?

no need for a blood test nalphee..woke up today and there she was. (af that is) i still feel that i need checked for something because i just dont feel like things are normal down there... not gonna be this month tho, had to take my dog to the vet, she needs her teeth out and she has a heart murmer so they have to do special stuff to put her out to make sure she doesnt pass away during surg. wich she still could.. so that is enough stress on me and the wallet this month... thanks for the support, we will see what jan. brings!
