morning sickness? - Trying to Conceive (TTC) Message Board

no one better to ask then a bunch of pregnant women! my husband and i are TTC (well sort of, let's just say we're not taking any precautions..)

how early can you start to feel morning sickness? this morning i woke up and.. well, almost vomitted, but i think my ovulation date was maybe a week ago, at best. i think its waaaay to early to be feeling morning sickness, but i dont know what that feels like. i'm not the type of person to have a sour stomach, i either "get rid of it" or i dont feel it at all.. i've rarely ever had this in between stuff.. any comments would help here!

Hi cookie, If I didnt know better I would think you were my sister. She is also trying to concieve and she ovulated about a week and a half ago. These past 4 days she has been nauseated in the evenings and is extremely tired. She took a test a couple days ago and it was neg., but her period isnt due until the 20th. I really feel like she is PG. As for myself, both times I was pregnant, the nausea came before the positive test, actually the nausea is what made me take a test. So, I think it could be morning sickness. Good Luck!

yeah.. i've heard from a few people that the nausea is what made them take the test, like they thought they had the flu. it just all seemed so sudden, like my ovulation was saturday/sunday (to my calculations..) which we did the "baby dance." it just seems like --really-- soon, which is why i dont know if i'm just sycing myself into it, or if it really is, but its definately too soon for a hpt.

I started with PM sickness, I dont get sick in the AM, about a week after implantation, so that would be 2 weeks after ovulation. I had an idea that I was pg so I took a hpt 5 and 4 days before my missed pd. They both came back + and a blood test conf.

Please post on the womens health board or the TTC message board until you have a confirmed pregnancy.
