Confusing question!! - Trying to Conceive (TTC) Message Board

Okay, so I am Oing (definately have the ewcm and whatnot) but AF is due in around a week (I am not very 'regular' so to speak) so if I do conceive with this O when could I test and get an accurate reading? And would I still get my period?? It is kindof confusing!

If you are Oing now then that is going to push your period back between 12 to 16 days(depending on your LP). In other words you wont be getting your period next week like you expect.
Are you charting or just watching your CM for signs? The charting would help because then you could see in a couple of says if you really have Oed.
As for testing you are going to have to wait about two weeks after to test. That way if you get pregnant your body has time to build up some HCG for the test to detect.

If you havent read the book Taking Charge Of Your Fertility. It is a great book that will help you with charting.

blastoff is right.. your period will be a little late, most likely. i would also wait about 2 weeks to test.
