how can I make a chart of my cycle?

Well what do you want to keep track of? You can do a bbt (body basil thermometer chart) or a Cervical Fluid chart or both. If you look on line you can find some you can print off that have the BBT and Cervical fluid both on there. I have not started charting yet this will be my last month TTC and not charting.. if i dont get a BFP this month then I will start charting my bbt and cm. We have been trying for 3 months and we use opk's for now. I bought the BBT and I have the charts and books that go into detail of exactally what to look for. So this is the last month just using the opk's and looking for EWCM. Next month I will be charting. Its not that difficult ill explain a little of how it goes and any more questions you can ask or research on line...

So how long have you been TTC? And what are you doing to TCC? Hope this helps.

Ok so here is a quick response on how to chart. first day of af is CD1 (calandar day) and the cd2 and cd3 so on.. If you are using bbt the every morning when you wake take your temp just after waking then you record your temp. and everyday you can monitor your cervical fluid and record that on there too like sticky lotiony EW things like that if you use OPK's you can record on there when it came back positive which means you would be ovulating in 24-36 hrs after it came back positive. with bbt charting you will know with a tempature shift when you actually ovulated and if you record those monthly you will know about when you ovulate every month. after you ovulate you notice a shift and it will stay higher untill you next af arrives then if will decrease again if you notice 18 or more high temps then you will know you are PG. Right now all i do is note on a calandar when aF arrives when my OPK's says i will ovulate and when i have the most EWCM and then when AF arrives again.. thats very basic though.

Also you can go online and look for a lubricant call preseed if your like me and dont have very much EWM and that is sperm friendly and resembles a womans EXCM. Also i take cough medicine when i am using opk's. use the one with exectorant as the main ingrediant it loosens up your mucus..

My DH and I are trying for our first baby now and we are both very into it right now i hope it happens with in the next month or so! We are doing every thing by the book! i got off BC 4 months ago and ovulated every month since then but our problem is he was traveling for work the past 2 months seems every time i o'd he would come back the day it said i was oing which it best to BD before you O so the sperm is waiting. well i hope everything works for you!
