You need to read the site I give out. It does tell you when you ovulate because you start taking your temp on the first day of your period and take it every morning. This normally is done for at least three cycles and longer if need be. The temp changes when you ovulate. So since you are charting the ENTIRE cycle,from the beginning of one period to the beginning of the next you will pin point during each cycle when you ovulate. It varies from cycle to cycle when you actually do ovulate no matter how regular your cycle is.
